The acquisitionb is Bonnier’s first since it was formee last year by the mergerr ofBonnier Group’s U.S. magazine partner, , with 18 mediaq properties acquired from Bonnier isthe U.S. division of the Bonnief Group, a 200-year-old, family-owned medias group based in Sweden. New York City-based AdMedia partners brokeredthe deal.
